HVAC Technician – Apartment Community
Salary: $60,000–$75,000/year
We are seeking an experienced full-time HVAC Technician for a portfolio of apartment communities in the St. Louis area.
This is a dedicated HVAC position, not a general maintenance role. The primary focus will be diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC systems throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning issues
- Troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical components
- Perform preventative and seasonal maintenance
- Repair and replace HVAC components and equipment as needed
- Handle HVAC service calls throughout the property
- Identify issues accurately and make cost-effective repairs
Qualifications
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Residential or multifamily HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and diagnose problems accurately
- Reliable, organized, and hands-on
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
